Meg is the founder of VOLT Fitness.
Dance teacher turned PT - she’s been a fitness trainer in Penrith for over 7 years!
Queen of the peachy workouts she creates her own signature classes that bring all vibes and endorphins!
Her motto is ‘if it doesn’t challenge you in won’t change you’ and she channels this motivating and inspiring nature in all her sessions.
Abbi comes with a feel-good playlist and a warm, bubbly personality.
She will make you feel comfortable, help you with your technique in the weights room and build your self-confidence with every session.
She has a strong passion all-round health and performing at your best both inside and outside of the gym.
Many of you will recognise Annabel’s face from classes. She has recently taken the plunge and completed her fitness instructor qualification and can’t wait to put her own spin on classes at the studio.
Annabel brings a wealth of personal fitness experience to the team at volt; whether it be running, a high energy HIIT class or strength training. Expect a mixture of these in her classes!
We’re really excited to welcome Tayla to our Volt Team.
Many of your know her face from classes - her passion for fitness has now turned into her job. She’s completed her Level 2 Mat Pilates & Level 3 Reformer Pilates.
She is bringing mat pilates to VOLT with a modern and contemporary spin.
Expect abs, pulses & a whole a lot of spice in her classes.
Growing up as a hybrid athlete, Becca has many years of her own experience pursuing sports & fitness.
From running to conditioning Becca is your girl for high energy and mood boosting session. Since qualifying in both Level 2 & Level 3 PT Becca is able to bring some variety to our studio with a mix of 1-2-1 or small group PT.
Whether its to gain confidence in your strength and form or for a fun high energy workout she offers both.
